Please note that:
- Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2 p.m.
Please leave the rooms free by 10 a.m. on your departure day. - Deposit:
Bookings are considered final after the payment of Euro 300,00/500,00 per room.

or by credit card (VISA - MASTERCARD) with a written permission to withdraw; unfortunately
we do not accept AMEX and DINERS. - Booking cancellations:
If we get a written cancellation of the booking at least 3 weeks before your arrival, we will certainly send you back the deposit, otherwise it will be kept by the hotel. - Delayed arrival, early departure:
If we are not able to give away the room, you have to pay 70% of the entire price of your booked stay. - Payment of the bill:
Your bill can be settled within 9.00 p.m. on the day before, or after 8.00 a.m. - Room service: Breakfast can be taken in your room. For this service we require Euro 3,00.
- Valuables: We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of clients’ valuables.
- Four legged friends: We accept small dogs only; Euro 15,00 per day, food not included.
Please bring a cover and basket for your dog. We ask you to observe our rule that 4 legged friends
have no access to the dining room, the lounge and the garden. - Some cases of rabies have occurred in an immediate neighbourhood to South Tyrol, therefore preventive measures must be put: For a stay in South Tyrol, pets must be vaccinated against rabies. To avoid inconveniences, we ask you kindly for vaccination of your four legged friend before entry into South Tyrol.
