Our kitchen

Our kitchen is under the management of Chef de cuisine Christian Leitgeb.

After a day on the slopes, a hike or a climb, you can enjoy the cuisine of chef Christian. Cuisine is his passion and his joie de vivre, and he creates dishes featuring local produce that artfully marry tradition and modernity.

Gourmet cuisine

  • Breakfast:
    Rich buffet with fresh fruit, croissants, bread from the local bakery… everything you need to start your day.
  • Lunch:
    We offer a 3-course lunch at an additional charge of 20,00 Euro per day, if requested for the whole stay.
  • In the Afternoon:
    Afternoon tea in our cosy “Teestube”, which dates back to 1911. On request you can have Strudel, Sacher cake, sandwiches, toasts and other snacks
  • Dinner:
    You can choose between our delicious 5/6- course Gourmet-Menù and our lighter Vitality-Menù.
    Multicoloured salad buffet.
    Tyrolean Evenings.
  • On request glutenfree or vegetarian meals.

Local culinary tradition live on, of course, but Christian gives the classical Tyrolean and Italian recipes a new lease of life, catering to the tastes and demands of modern diners with the ingredients and cooking methods of today.
A superb cuisine, where quality and innovation take pride of place. 

Hotel Villa Stefania is quoted on the Hotel Guide "Alberghi e Ristoranti d'Italia 2009"  Touring Club Italiano.

On the list of the wines you will find a selection of the best Italian wines and naturally a large choice of local wines.
