Our kitchen
Our kitchen is under the management of Chef de cuisine Günther Oberhammer. A superb cuisine, where quality and innovation take pride of place. You can enjoy both local specialties as well as those of the ancient tyrolienne traditions.
Local culinary tradition live on, of course, but Christian gives the classical Tyrolean and Italian recipes a new lease of life, catering to the tastes and demands of modern diners with he ingredients and cooking methods of today.
You can choose between half board or full board. At midday you can even have a light lunch.
Hotel Villa Stefania is quoted on the Hotel Guide "Alberghi e Ristoranti d'Italia 2007" Touring Club Italiano.
On the list of the wines you will find a selection of the best Italian wines and naturally a large choice of local wines.
Course in Pusteria Cuisine
The Pusteria cuisine is poor of ingredients, simple, genuine and easy to prepare. In order for you to get first hand experience the Hotel Villa Stefania organizes a course in Pusteria cookery that is hold twice every week in September 2007.
