Our Dolomiti, Natura, Romantic and Montis Suites, as well as our Lumen rooms, face south and offer beautiful views of the Dolomites. Depending on their location, our other rooms offer equally lovely views of the Innichberg or the Carnic Alps.

Half board includes breakfast, an afternoon snack, and dinner.

Guests can use free outdoor parking or the underground garage. Electric car charging stations are available for a fee.

A true classic is the popular Drava cycle path from San Candido to Lienz, an enjoyable route that is also suitable for families. By e-bike, we recommend exploring the Innerfeld Valley or heading towards Cortina, passing the Three Peaks viewpoint and cycling through spectacular Dolomite scenery. For experienced and sporty cyclists, the ride up to Marchkinkele is more challenging but rewards you with exceptional panoramic views. We are also happy to personally recommend other routes to suit your fitness level and preferences.

Haunold/Monte Baranci is located directly in San Candido and is ideal for beginners and families. It is part of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski area. Helm/Monte Elmo, also part of 3 Zinnen Dolomites, is only around 3 km from the hotel and offers varied slopes with beautiful Dolomite views. The ski bus stops directly in front of the hotel. For even more variety, Kronplatz can easily be reached by train, while the ski areas around Cortina d’Ampezzo are approximately 30 km away.

Can you go tobogganing in San Candido and the surrounding area?

Yes. Haunold/Monte Baranci in San Candido has a toboggan run that is easily reached by chairlift, with night tobogganing available on selected evenings. Nearby, Rotwand/Croda Rossa also offers a great option for tobogganing. For a more traditional experience in nature, there are routes where you walk uphill before tobogganing back down, such as in the Innerfeld Valley.
