Booking cancellations: If we get a written cancellation of the booking at least 4 weeks before your arrival, we will send you back the deposit,
otherwise it will be kept by the hotel.
In case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior arrival, delayed arrival or early departure: 100% has to be paid.

Four legged friends: Upon request, we are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs who are already used to staying in hotels (the number is limited to ensure everyone’s comfort). We are unable to accommodate puppies, cats, or other animals.
As cleaning requires special care, the fee for your pet’s stay is € 30.00 per day, excluding food. Please bring a blanket and a basket for their comfort.
Out of respect for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant halls, the wellness centre, or the south garden. We do not have dining areas reserved for pets; during meal times, they should patiently wait in the room.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused. The Romantic Suite, Suite Natura and Suite Dolomiti categories are not suitable for pets; in Classic rooms, we advise against staying with large dogs.
Smoking in the rooms: In our rooms it is forbidden to smoke.
