Sustainable mobility

Environmentally friendly arrival: Innichen (Italian: San Candido) is easily accessible by train.
We pick our guests up directly from the train station with our own minibus free of charge.

Garbage is collected separately and recycled properly.

Local is our first choice

In the kitchen, we primarily use regional products. For example, we get our dairy products from the local Drei Zinnen alpine dairy, which processes the milk from the local farmers in San Candido.

Let's discover the Dolomites together

With our minibus, we regularly take our guests to local trailheads to explore the most beautiful places in the Dolomites on foot, and in winter with snowshoes. We usually choose quiet paths in order to be able to fully enjoy nature.

The indoor pool is treated with little chlorine because the water is given a very high, stable, and biologically valuable quality by Grander water revitalization. The indoor pool is equipped with state-of-the-art technology with warm air recovery.

100% natural cosmetic products

In our Littamum SPA, we place great emphasis on sustainability and natural care. That’s why we use only high-quality natural cosmetic products sourced from the Alps, which are gentle on your skin and kind to the environment. Enjoy revitalizing treatments that harmonize body and mind while making the most of the Alpine natural treasures.

Autochthonous woods

Our rooms are furnished with high-quality local woods. The suites, for example, feature Swiss pine wood, which not only creates a pleasant atmosphere but is also known to have positive effects on health and sleep. This ensures our guests enjoy restful nights and a soothing room climate.

Heating & hydropower

The hotel is heated via the district heating system from the Toblach-Innichen plant, which uses unused wood chips and sawmill by-products as fuel.

South Tyrol is abundant in hydropower, and the hydroelectric plants are certified for green energy. Our establishment consumes 100 % renewable electricity.

Most of the lighting in the hotel consists of energy-efficient LEDs.

Local craftsmen

When it comes to conversion and renovation work in the hotel, we almost exclusively commission local companies. This helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contributes to improving our carbon footprint.
